I have run my own practice for a number of years, treating people with all kinds of challenges in their lives; physical, mental and emotional. My skill lies in quickly, gently and compassionately guiding you and supporting you in releasing that which no longer serves you. I do this using a combination of healing tools which get to the heart of problem quickly and effectively. I believe very strongly in empowering people to help themselves and in helping them to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing, so I teach my clients simple techniques which they can use themselves.
